Great Tastes -  the finer side of Wine & Food

Wineaux Guy asks . . . what is your wine age?

I am a Wineaux Life Coach.  I can help you strengthen your love of
Fruit of the Grape Vine.

Wineaux Guy, the nickname sounded fun and I didn't like the look of 'winoguy'.  I have been studying (drinking) wine
for the last 25 years;
I started sharing what I've learned with my friends over 12 years ago; a no nonsense approach that any wine, beer, or liquor drinker can understand and utilize.

Wineaux Guy's, Wine Experience - a wine education course.

Who is Wineaux Guy?

Andy was born Carlos Andres Gonzales; has lived all of his life in Dallas, TX, (except for the years 1975-1977, when he lived in Tehran, Iran while his Father was a consultant for an Iranian Engineering Firm.)  Living on the other side of the world and among the Iranian, French and other cultures, Andy experienced new and amazing cuisines that began his love affair with food.

When he returned to the United States, Andy began a long career in and around every part of the Food and Beverage Industry, including waiting tables and bartending, food service management, fine dining staffing, training, and creating two catering companies.  Over the years, he has worked with some of Dallas' best known chefs and alongside some of the biggest names in the industry.  Personally, he has devoted himself to the study of wine, beer, Scotch and all things alcohol, especially finding pleasure in the nuances found in their pairing with great food.

Currently, Andy is a Consultant who combines his extensive professional knowledge and his deep personal passion to develop Wine, Liquor and Beer programs for restaurants that want a fresh perspective.  For the past 10 years, as the Wineaux Guy, Andy has dedicated himself to sharing his unique perspective and inspiring would-be Wineauxs to love this amazing fruit as much as he does.

He is the administrator of the Training Institute of America, a TABC Seller/Server school that also offers courses in Food Safety and Restaurant Customer Service courses.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the non-profit fundraising organization, the Sterling Society of Dallas, Father's for Equal Rights, and is active in raising money for local Dallas charities. His educational background includes a Horticulture degree from Richland College, a BBA in Entrepreneurship from University of North Texas and the School of Hard Knocks.
